Following that very principle, Ishant is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience in the various domains of finance. Ishant’s business, leadership and people skills are in-depth and prolific. 

Ishant is adept in strategic decision making by proactive planning with the intent of increasing revenue, expanding into new markets and improving profitability.

He has worked closely with several prominent Indian business houses. He also occupies posts at various eminent institutions and as an active speaker, shares his experience and expertise at internal and external events organized by various chambers. 

Ishant has worked as CFO/Financial controller in various industries like FMCG, media, real estate, etc.

Sanjiv Gambhir is a Chartered Accountant and qualified as a CA in May 1992. In addition, he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado Accountancy Board (August 2009).

He is also an Insolvency Professional (IP) having passed the Insolvency Exam in Nov 2018 conducted by IBBI.

He has worked as a Professional in Top Four / Six reputed firms as E&Y, Deloitte, KPMG, Grant Thornton holding senior positions as Senior Manager / Audit Partner. In addition, he also worked in Fortune 500 and other reputed MNC as Finance Manager / Finance Head.

In his experience of multiple decades, he has handled across the Sectors clients be it Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Trading / Infrastructure / Telecom / Retail,etc. to name a few.

He brings with him almost 3 decades of professional experience having worked both in the Domestic as well as International markets, in a multilingual / multicultural environment.

He is an expert in IFRS and also handled SOX Audits for US Listed Entities.

Raja is a seasoned professional with more than 19 years of experience in various domains of finance. He is a qualified Indian Chartered Accountant and holds lots of other certifications like Concurrent auditor, DISA, Post Graduate Diploma in Portfolio Management, Certificate emerging in Media and Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, Certification in Finance and Supply Chain Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Software Marketing and many more certifications.

Raja is also a public speaker and holds positions in various institutes like faculty in ICAI and institute of postal department. He also runs NGOs also to extend help to the society.

Raja has handled lots of assignments with indian business houses and leading banks. Few of them are Indian Overseas bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Union Bank, United insurance, Odisha hydro Power Ltd. and Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited.

Surya is a seasoned professional with more than 14 years of experience in various domains of finance. He is a qualified Indian Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant and holds lots of other certifications like Concurrent auditor, DISA, and many more certifications.

Surya is also a public speaker and holds positions in various institutes like Management committee Member of Bhubaneswar Chapter in Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also runs NGOs also to extend help to the society.

Parag Raval is a qualified Chartered Accountant (2013) and a post graduate in commerce (2011) from Gujarat University. He has a professional experience of around 7 years..

He possesses rich experience in the field of auditing and assurance Services and has been associated with engagements for assurance services ACROSS various industries primarily in Manufacturing, Trading and Information Technology Services. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Indirect Taxes and Project Financing.

He has substantial experience in streamlining the working procedures of clients and Companies and formulating cost-effective solutions for enhancing accounting operations, directing financial analysis and internal & regulatory reporting.

In addition to all this he is pursuing DISA and FAFD Certification courses from ICAI.

Nirmal is a visionary professional with about 15 years experience in the field of HR with specialisation in the Payroll & Compliance field. While the initial years has been in specialisation in Staffing Payroll, Process Improvements, Compliances etc. He brings with him a wide range of experience; may it be providing functional expertise in developing a compliance culture and in the Operations of Payroll and Compliance.

During his 15 years experience, he has worked in Corporates like Team Lease, HT Media and PeopleStrong. He is the founder of IHRC Services Private Limited.

Deepa Nailwal is a certified Executive Coach from Erickson Coaching International, corporate trainer, motivational speaker and HR consultant. A senior HR professional with 25 years of experience, Psychology postgraduate and MBA – HR, Deepa started her career as part of the first batch of women officers for the Indian Air Force (IAF) in the year 1992.

While with the IAF she performed multiple roles such as selecting officers as a psychologist at the selection board, heading HR function at a flying station and managing 40 plus IAF schools located in northern India as Western Air Command Education Officer. She quit the IAF in the year 2004 as Squadron Leader and joined the development sector, heading HR for an international organisation working in the area of HIV.

Later she moved to the media industry, first heading HR for the Indian Express group and then moving on to Hindustan Times group. As VP – HR, she spent 9 years at HT, heading HR for different businesses and functions, being HR partner for 2 education start-ups and leading employee engagement, training and organisation development functions.

Training was always her passion and she led the Learning & Development function in her last organisation for many years along with many other responsibilities. She has created and delivered multiple soft skill training sessions especially in the area of leadership skills & assessment workshops.

As a coach, HR professional and corporate trainer, adding value to people and enabling them to discover “Who am I” is her mission. She believes the answer to this question is the key to unprecedented success & happiness for both the individual & the organisation.

Now as an HR consultant, she consults organisations on POSH and does training for employees of client organisations. As per law, all organisations are supposed to have a POSH committee and train 100% of their population on this law. Executive Coaching: She has been coaching senior business leaders to meet organisational and personal goals.

She has also been coaching young people to help them make the right choices and many others who are aspiring to a change in life and working towards success. HR Consultancy: She has led change management interventions aimed at higher productivity & effectiveness, created competency frameworks & assessment workshops, done org restructuring & manpower budgeting, developed HR policies & processes and implemented balance scorecards etc.
